This weekend, I am playing in an unusually-named event: Felines to the Rescue, the Alt tournament that supports CAT. You can check out the results here.

Twelve teams entered the event, and I found my way onto the SUZANNE & HUGO team (don’t ask about the name; I don’t understand it either), consisting of Sjoert Brink, Bas Drijver, David Gold, Jacek Kalita, Michal Klukowski, Roger Lee, Michal Nowosadzki, Steve Weinstein, and myself. There are some established partnerships there, but we played pickup style, fielding lineups based on availability and mixing and matching partners.
