What Will Take place

In a semi-final match in the Senior World Championships, you have the option of using one of your specialized treatments.

None vul, North deals. As East, you hold:

1!D: 11-15, 2+ diamonds

You have some special agreements against a Precision 1!D opening. They are:

DBL: Assumed to be at least 4-4 in the majors.

1NT: 4-card major, 5+ card minor. Responses are same as with (1NT)-DBL where double shows a 4-card major and a 5+ card minor.

2!D: Natural

Pass than double: Likely a strong NT
