Third in the series. As is true for all proposals thus far, if all four players agree to ‘no delay’ then (hopefully) they will have the option to choose that. However, doing so will mean they lose their right for redress for UI that would have been concealed by a delay. For example, if RHO wins trick 1 and instantly switches to their singleton, declarer would have no redress for UI if LHO won and worked out to give RHO a ruff based on that tempo.
